Steps to make 花生牛轧糖

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.花生事先烤熟,去皮放入保鲜袋,用擀面杖稍稍压碎
  • 3.压碎的花生200克备用
  • 4.黄油50克放入不粘锅小火加热融化
  • 5.加入棉花糖175克,用铲子搅拌,翻炒至棉花糖全部融化
  • 6.加入奶粉115克,翻炒匀
  • 7.奶粉和棉花糖全部融合
  • 8.加入花生碎不断翻炒,使花生全部裹在棉花糖里
  • 9.翻炒匀的棉花糖起锅,放在揉面硅胶垫上,趁热用垫子裹住棉花糖挤压花生和棉花糖完全融合没空隙,压匀
  • 10.放入不沾模具中,压平,高度大约1公分左右
  • 11.放至温热取出,放在垫好保鲜膜的刀板上
  • 12.根据自己喜欢的大小宽度,去边,切成宽窄一样的长条,然后切成块即可(要温热的时候切,太凉了就发硬不好切块)
