  • 1.自家院子种的雷公根,清洗干净。
  • 2.猪骨飞水,洗净浮沫。
  • 3.蚝豉用水泡一下。
  • 4.把所有材料放入电压力锅,按煲汤键开煮。
  • 5.煲好后撇去肥油,放盐调味。(我家一般都不放盐。)
  • 6.清热解毒好汤水。
