桂花糯米藕
糯米桂花藕,甜甜糯糯的,带着桂花的香气,是一道很受欢迎的江南菜式。我今天做的这道桂花藕,基本沿袭了传统的做法,但是改用了相对健康的红糖。虽然用红糖做出的成品颜色欠佳,但是味道和营养都好过白糖的。厨具则是用了压力锅,能很快将糯米藕煮到软烂香糯,这样即使上班族也可以更快捷的做好这道经典老菜。对老菜稍加改变,做出来就有不同的感觉哦,

Steps to make 桂花糯米藕

  • 1.糯米清洗后用水泡4个小时以上,把米泡涨,否则米不易熟
  • 2.莲藕洗净去皮,把一头切开
  • 3.泡发的糯米装入藕眼儿中
  • 4.装好后盖上切掉的部分做盖子,并用牙签固定。
  • 5.放入压力锅中,加水和藕基本持平,同时加入红糖,加压上汽后压15分钟
  • 6.好的糯米藕,可以在糖水中继续浸泡半天。
  • 7.把藕捞出切片,摆入盘中
  • 8.把糖桂花和适量蜂蜜调和均匀。因自己做的糖桂花很稠,如果是买的就不用加蜂蜜了
  • 9.淋在藕上,摆盘上桌啦
