Steps to make 辣拌明太鱼丝

  • 1.把明太鱼干浸入温水中十秒左右
  • 2.拿出后攥去水份
  • 3.把鱼肉部分先撕下来,鱼皮不要
  • 4.再撕成小条
  • 5.放入味精
  • 6.放入白糖
  • 7.放入朝族辣酱
  • 8.锅内倒入色拉油,放入葱段炸出香味,倒入鱼丝上。
  • 9.充分拌匀
  • 10.挑出葱段, 放入香菜段、芝麻再次拌匀即可。也可点入几滴香油。
