Steps to make 卤猪肝

  • 1.准备好猪肝,并洗干净,按出血水,用料酒和盐还有姜丝腌制一个小时
  • 2.锅里做水,放入猪肝焯汤至表面变色然后捞出!
  • 3.锅里重新做水,放入所有辅料
  • 4.然后放入焯汤好的猪肝,炖开锅之后,小火熬制20-30分钟,直到筷子能捅透就可以了!然后关火闷半小时,之后捞出晾干切片就可以!
