  • 1.虾仁洗净去泥沙,倒入黄酒。

  • 9.炒勺上火烧热,注入花生油爆香葱姜。
  • 10.下入虾仁滑散。
  • 11.倒入调制好的碗芡,糊化收汁后。
  • 12.即可出锅码盘上桌食用。
