    • 1.准备芦笋这一把,差不多11块钱,我在华堂买的
    • 2.洗净,斜切段,太靠下的就不要了,有些硬

    • 4.要不要去掉根随你们便,我就去掉了,因为手贱,口蘑不用去根的,根也很嫩,不像香菇
    • 5.还有就是准备黄油吧,我照片里的一倍实际证明我拍的这个量有点少了
    • 6.好啦,开始做吧,准备锅,开小火把黄油放进去,黄油这个东西吧,大火不行化完了就干了,要小火来做
    • 7.然后,下面的步骤我就忘了拍照了就是当黄油都化了的时候,把口蘑先放进去有30秒就可以把芦笋放进去了芦笋再炒个30秒,就可以放盐和黑胡椒调味了
    • 8.然后,再需要个1分多钟,芦笋就熟了你可以尝一下试试,到了自己喜欢的硬度就关火
