做过多次饼干,从没尝试过添加全麦面粉的饼干是什么味道,某天想让小朋友给朋友家孩子带点小零食尝尝,开始打算做曲奇,后来想这个已做过多次,糖粉相对比较高甜味重,还是换换口味更好,想来想去就尝试了这个配方,没想到第一次做就非常成功。

  • 全麦面粉60g
  • 白砂糖80g
  • 黑芝麻30g
  • 泡打粉2g
  • 2g
  • 香草精几滴

Steps to make 老少偕爱的酥香脆全麦黑芝麻饼干

  • 1.无盐黄油室温下软化,加入白砂糖和盐用打蛋器低速打至稍变色状态
  • 2.分次加入鸡蛋搅打均匀
  • 3.将低筋面粉、泡打粉、全麦面粉等筛入其中,用刮刀翻拌均匀, 加入黑芝麻翻拌均匀
  • 4.用勺子取1勺子面糊放手上随意按压成小圆饼,放烤盘上
  • 5.烤箱提前预热,烤盘放入中层180度烤20分钟左右出炉。
