    • 1.腊肉腊肠切片,油菜或其他绿叶菜洗净,调制料汁,按照生抽、蚝油、白砂糖、水1:1:1:3比例调配。
    • 2.大米洗净放入电饭锅并加水,比平时做米饭时少一丁点水。
    • 3.电饭锅开始蒸饭。
    • 4.煮至开锅。
    • 5.开锅后加入料汁。
    • 6.待米饭成稠稀饭状态时将腊肉腊肠平铺在米饭上方。
    • 7.待米饭临成熟前放入油菜。
    • 8.电饭锅成熟后将米饭、腊肠、腊肉搅匀后装碗盛出。
