    Steps to make 几何寿司

    • 1.将蒸好的米饭加入寿司醋,搅拌均匀,制成寿司饭
    • 2.将鸡蛋搅拌均匀,摊成厚蛋皮,半凝固时叠起
    • 3.准备好寿司饭、蛋皮、寿司海苔和虾卵
    • 4.两大张海苔折起来,撕成四份,取三小张,先将其中一张均匀铺上寿司饭,撒上虾卵后卷起
    • 5.放到另一张铺好寿司饭和虾卵的海苔上,一并卷起
    • 6.卷好的寿司卷纵向切开后再从中间纵向切开,切成四条,将4条寿司背对背中间夹切成方形的厚蛋皮
    • 7.用剩下的海苔卷起来,呈方形
    • 8.切开即可
