云南经典菜——老奶洋芋
在云南土豆叫洋芋,把土豆煮熟、剥皮,用刀背用力拍散,放入炒锅用猪油炒香,再放入半碗鸡汤和适量盐不停翻炒让土豆泥均匀上劲,撒上葱花即可出锅,这道菜绵化、软糯、醇香,老人和孩子都爱吃。

Steps to make 云南经典菜——老奶洋芋

  • 1.土豆洗净放煮锅中煮熟。
  • 2.煮熟的土豆放凉剥皮。
  • 3.剥好皮的土豆放案板上,用刀用力拍下去,拍成饼状。葱洗净切成葱花。
  • 4.炒锅置火上放入一匙猪油炼化。
  • 5.放入土豆泥加入适量盐翻炒两分钟左右。
  • 6.倒入半碗鸡汤不停翻炒,使土豆泥上劲。(没有鸡汤可用清水代替)
  • 7.土豆上劲后放入葱花翻炒几下即可出锅。
