腰果酥饼
腰果酥饼,是一款很简单、零失败的手工饼干,初学烘焙的亲可以试试做。

Steps to make 腰果酥饼

  • 1.准备原料:将黄油、糖粉、低粉称重,腰果一分二瓣;
  • 2.将黄油和糖分放入打蛋盆中;
  • 3.用电动打蛋器打至蓬松,再放入蛋液;
  • 4.再次搅打均匀,黄油呈蓬松的羽毛状,加入泡打粉;
  • 5.再筛入低筋粉;
  • 6.用翻拌铲拌匀,没有干粉,放入冰箱冷藏室松弛1个小时;
  • 7.取出面团后,取约5克的面团,用手团圆略压扁放入烤盘里,并留出足够的空隙;
  • 8.在酥饼坯上刷上蛋液,将半粒腰果按在酥饼坯上,这时预热烤箱;
  • 9.放入烤箱,上下火170度,烤制15~20分钟上色即可,烤好后移至晾架晾凉。
