Steps to make 猪骨鱿鱼萝卜汤

  • 1.干贝用清水泡会。
  • 2.鱿鱼洗净用清水泡软。
  • 3.泡好的鱿鱼用剪刀剪(千万不能用刀切),先剪横,再竖着剪,这样煮出来才不会韧。
  • 4.萝止切长细条。
  • 5.猪骨焯水洗净。
  • 6.砂锅煮开水,放入焯好水的猪骨。
  • 7.煮开加入泡好的干贝。煮开后转中小火煲40分钟。
  • 8.加入萝卜。
  • 9.再加入鱿鱼,煮至萝卜熟透变软即可。
  • 10.最后调入盐和香菜提味。
