竹荪干贝冬瓜汤

Steps to make 竹荪干贝冬瓜汤

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.干贝清洗后浸泡半小时。
  • 3.竹荪放到淡盐水里浸泡半小时。
  • 4.冬瓜洗净去皮籽、内瓤,切成小块。
  • 5.浸泡后的竹荪去根和头部,取中间部分切成段。
  • 6.锅内加入冬瓜、姜丝,加适量清水煮开。
  • 7.加入浓汤宝继续小火煮20分钟.
  • 8.将泡发的干贝和竹荪放进锅里,小火煮至冬瓜熟(20分钟),即可关火,撒上葱花。
