Steps to make 凉拌花蛤

  • 1.花蛤加1匙盐,浸泡吐沙。
  • 2.锅中烧水,水开后放入花蛤煮至开口,捞出过凉。
  • 3.碗中放入熟白芝麻,油辣子,酱油,蚝油,香醋,1匙盐,白糖,鸡精,放入蒜末,再加1勺清水,拌匀。
  • 4.料汁倒入花蛤中拌匀,盛出撒香菜即可。
