美味下饭蒜薹炒肉丝

Steps to make 美味下饭蒜薹炒肉丝

  • 1.肉切成丝,加入盐、料酒、老抽、生姜粉、生抽抓匀,腌制20分钟左右后加入少许油,抓匀备用。
  • 2.蒜薹洗净切段。
  • 3.锅烧热,油多一点,油要烧的特别热,炒肉不粘锅。锅热后加入多一点的油,倒入腌制好的肉丝。用筷子划炒至变色,盛出备用。
  • 4.用锅里的底油炒蒜薹。分两次加入少量(小碗碗底的量)的水,把蒜薹炒透、炒入味,我喜欢吃炒的熟一点的蒜薹,喜欢脆一点的加一次水就可以了。
  • 5.倒入肉丝。
  • 6.加生姜粉、黑胡椒粉、酱油、糖。
  • 7.炒一两分钟,关火出锅。
  • 8.鲜香美味,百吃不厌。
  • 9.蒜薹入味,肉丝嫩滑。
  • 10.美味下饭。
