醉酒葫芦面包

Steps to make 醉酒葫芦面包

  • 1.用后油法把面团揉至扩展阶段后进行初次发酵
  • 2.发酵完全的面团是用手指按下去不塌不缩的
  • 3.里面是蜂窝结构!发酵后取出来排气
  • 4.取一点加红曲粉揉成红色面团待用
  • 5.把另外的面团分成八个40克和10克的面团
  • 6.用40克的面团擀薄
  • 7.包上肉松
  • 8.收口朝下
  • 9.用10克的面团粘点水放在肉丝面团上面
  • 10.依次把所有面团做好
  • 11.把红色面团擀薄切细条
  • 12.细条放在葫芦腰部
  • 13.再用红细条摆8字型粘水粘在腰部的红条交接处
  • 14.利用剩余的原色面团做葫芦蒂
  • 15.依依粘上去就完成了!湿处进行二次发酵、二次发酵差不多就好!不用完全发、发酵时候葫芦会东倒西歪不要去整理、这样才有醉酒的感觉!
  • 16.烤箱预热180度烤15分钟即可,进炉上色后用烤纸盖上葫芦以免过度焦!
  • 17.出炉冷却后用巧克力画上表情就好了!是不是很萌呢!
