Steps to make 筒子骨蒸土豆

  • 1.筒子骨剁成小块 (店家已处理好),拿回清洗后,放入盐 、料酒 、胡椒粉 ,腌制一上午。
  • 2.临蒸前十五分钟,放入姜末、蒜末 、酱油、 蚝油、 少许油,抓拌入味。
  • 3.准备一个土豆 ,削去外皮, 切成大块, 放入碗中(这一步漏拍)。
  • 4.把腌制好的筒子骨放入土豆表面 。
  • 5.放入电压力锅 ,使用蹄筋键,直至时间结束。
  • 6.时间到,开盖出锅。
  • 7.成品,非常下饭,汤汁拌饭味更棒 !
