Steps to make 蚂蚁上树

  • 1.泡软红薯粉
  • 2.把蒜瓣,姜块,葱,螺丝椒,小米椒切碎备用
  • 3.把前腿肉切成肉末,先切成片,再切成丝,然后成为丁,若刀工不太好,可以把肉先冻一下,然后化冻到刀能切动就开始操作,比较容易。
  • 4.把前腿肉切成末,同时把青蒜苗切成末备用
  • 5.起油锅,爆香葱,姜,蒜,螺丝椒,小米椒末
  • 6.放入肉末煸香出油,注意可以把火适当关小,直到煸出油为止
  • 7.加入一点生抽,老抽,调一下味和色
  • 8.放入红薯粉,加入少量水翻炒,加入适量盐,五香粉,姜粉调味
  • 9.炒好,水基本干了,加入青蒜苗末,翻炒几下,准备出锅
  • 10.成品,开吃
