开胃小菜——酸辣土豆丝
前段日子总是下雨,出门买菜总觉得很麻烦,希望快点晴起来。现在每天大晴天,三十多度的高温。火辣辣的太阳让人睁不开眼睛。某天中午的时候临时有事,出门了一个多小时,结果回家以后又头晕又想吐,没顾得上吃午饭,就去休息了,一睡睡到五点多起来做晚饭。终于好了很多。
大热天的做饭累,吃饭也累。我们家几乎每天都要吃一顿稀饭、面条、水饺、混沌等这些汤汤水水的东西。而菜也是清蒸或者凉拌居多。既不油腻也不费时。

  • 泡椒10个
  • 食盐1茶勺
  • 生抽1汤勺
  • 香醋2汤勺
  • 白糖1/3汤勺
  • 香油几滴

Steps to make 开胃小菜——酸辣土豆丝

  • 1.主料:土豆、香菜、红椒。
  • 2.土豆洗净去皮,切成细丝。红椒也切成丝。
  • 3.切好的土豆丝清洗2遍,再用清水浸泡片刻。
  • 4.锅中烧开适量水,调入少许食用油和适量食盐,捞出土豆丝控一下水份,放入锅中焯水。
  • 5.焯好水的土豆丝捞出过一下凉白开,控一下水,放入碗中,加入一半红椒丝和泡椒,调入上述所有调料拌匀。
  • 6.蒜瓣拍碎剁成蒜末,成堆放入碗中,再放入另一半红椒丝和切成段的香菜。并起锅热油,加热至冒烟,浇在蒜末和红椒上,再次拌匀即可。
