超级简单易做的蓝莓麦芬蛋糕
全程不需要打发,只需要搅一搅,拌一拌,就可以做的超级简单的蓝莓麦芬蛋糕。

  • 面粉20g
  • 糖粉12g

Steps to make 超级简单易做的蓝莓麦芬蛋糕

  • 1.首先当然是准备食材先,如图所示哈!
  • 2.先把液体倒出来混合搅拌先,干净的碗中打入两个鸡蛋,再倒入牛奶150ml再加入玉米油110ml,还有零卡糖80g先搅拌均匀。
  • 3.先液态的搅拌均匀。
  • 4.然后低筋面粉250g过筛进去搅拌好均匀的蛋奶液中。
  • 5.再加入泡打粉9g一起搅拌均匀。
  • 6.另外再做个酥粒在上面,20g切碎的黄油➕12g糖粉➕20g面粉一起揉捏碎。
  • 7.锡纸杯中先倒入一层面糊。
  • 8.再摆放一层蓝莓。
  • 9.然后再铺上一层面糊。
  • 10.准备满杯的时候再撒上一层蓝莓。
  • 11.另外的酥皮捏好后准备撒到蛋糕体上。
  • 12.把酥皮粒撒在蛋糕体上。
  • 13.烤箱180度°上下管预热10分钟,然后把准备好的蓝莓蛋糕体送入烤箱180度°上下管烤30分钟左右,时间或长或短具体看各家的烤箱温度而定哈!
  • 14.正在烤至的蓝莓麦芬蛋糕中途,已经开始爆发了,哈哈哈哈哈哈。
