炼奶椰蓉小面包
这是我第一次用空气炸锅做面包,
没想到做出来的面包也特别柔软,
因为炸锅容量比较小,
我根据炸锅的容量做得也比较少,
出炉后,你一口,我一口,
一下子,就吃光光。。。
面包表层涂了炼奶黄油,
经过烘烤后有些黏黏的,
味道香浓柔软非常棒。
平时我并不是特别喜欢吃甜面包,
但我唯独对椰蓉是情有独钟,
闻到椰蓉香味,我就醉了。。。

  • 高筋面粉120克
  • 细砂糖12克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 炼奶10克
  • 2克
  • 酵母2克
  • 黄油10克
  • 黄油10克
  • 炼奶10克

Steps to make 炼奶椰蓉小面包

  • 1.将黄油以外的所有材料放一起,揉至能拉出比较厚的膜;
  • 2.加入黄油揉至扩展阶段,如图能拉出一层薄膜;
  • 3.将面团放入容器中,放置温暖处进行基础发酵;
  • 4.面团发酵到原来2倍以上大,可以用手指粘高粉插入,小洞不会回弹,基础发酵结束;
  • 5.将面团排气,并分割成7等份;
  • 6.小面团滚圆,盖上保鲜膜,松弛15分钟;
  • 7.将小面团移至纸托里,并放置炸篮里,进行最后发酵;
  • 8.在面团发酵时,制作表面涂抹材料,将黄油软化后和炼奶一起搅拌均匀成炼奶酱;
  • 9.发酵好的面团表面均匀涂抹上炼奶酱,再撒上椰蓉;
  • 10.将炸篮滑入空气炸锅中;
  • 11.空气炸锅设置180度,烤15分钟,中途取出盖上一层锡纸;
  • 12.面包出炉放至手温时密封保存。
