这款红糖吐司,将平日里做吐司的白糖换成了红糖,吐司的颜色变了,味道也不同了,最重要的是红糖要比白糖更好,红糖性更温和,而且有补血提气的功效。

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 蛋液30克
  • 牛奶145克
  • 红糖30克
  • 3克
  • 酵母3克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 红糖吐司

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材,黄油提前室温软化好。
  • 2.先放液体,再放糖和盐,接着放面粉,最后放酵母用厨师机揉成团后,加入软化的黄油,继续揉面至完全扩展阶段,即漂亮的手套膜。
  • 3.室温发酵至原来2倍大。
  • 4.取出发酵好的面团排气,再分割成3等份,滚圆松弛10分钟。
  • 5.取出一个面团擀成长条状,从上向下卷起来。
  • 6.再次擀成长条状,再卷起来放到吐司盒里,依次完全三个面团。
  • 7.将吐司盒放在温暖的地方进行二次发酵,发酵至原来2倍大。
  • 8.盖上吐司盒,烤箱预热,最下层,上下火180度烤45分钟。
