Steps to make 蜜汁猪肉脯

  • 1.猪瘦肉切成小块。
  • 2.剁成肉馅。也可以直接买搅好的肉馅。回来自己在剁几下,让肉馅更碎更粘。
  • 3.把除蜂蜜和芝麻以外的所有调料统统放进去。
  • 4.搅拌均匀,且肉馅上劲。
  • 5.准备一张比自家烤盘稍大一点的锡纸。锡纸表面刷上薄薄的一层油。
  • 6.取一份肉馅放在上面,再盖上一层保鲜膜。
  • 7.用擀面杖,将肉馅擀成厚度约为0.3厘米的片。
  • 8.撕掉保鲜膜,将擀好的肉馅放进烤盘中。
  • 9.烤箱预热。180度。烤5分钟。5分钟之后取出,翻面,继续烘烤5分钟。
  • 10.这时候准备蜂蜜水,蜂蜜和水按1:1的比例混合均匀即可。
  • 11.5分钟之后再次取出,翻面,表面刷上一层蜂蜜水,撒上芝麻。入烤箱烘烤10分钟。
  • 12.10分钟之后取出,翻面,同样刷上一层蜂蜜水,撒上芝麻,入烤箱最后烘烤10分钟即可。
  • 13.烤好的肉脯,取出晾凉。切宽条,就可以食用了。
