“萝卜”萝卜干
买了接近二十斤萝卜,腌出来晾晒后,只有下2斤多一点。
不过味道很好的,以后多做点。

  • 1.萝卜洗净。
  • 2.切段。
  • 3.切不切好。
  • 4.取食盐。
  • 5.放食盐,多少都可以,只要达到最后腌制效果就可以0。
  • 6.拌匀。
  • 7.腌制到这样是不可以的。
  • 8.要腌制成这样可以圈起来就可以,大约2个多小时。
  • 9.捞出来,放在无水无油的蒸笼里,沥干水分。
  • 10.摊开晾晒成这样软软的就可以,时间玩看天气。
  • 11.如果晾晒过程有点脏,用纯净水洗一下,然后晾干水分即可。
  • 12.剪一些红椒丝,辣椒面也可以,喜欢吃辣就辣椒面,如果仅仅为了小许辣味,用辣椒丝。
  • 13.放萝卜干里。
  • 14.放味精和食盐。
  • 15.放白糖。
  • 16.放生抽。
  • 17.带手套揉拌至所有调味料熔化装盘即成。
  • 18.成品。
