  • 1.排骨在水里7泡出血水
  • 2.排骨焯水
  • 3.准备好的香料
  • 4.同排骨一家煮三十分钟,在加一点醋,让排骨软的更快。
  • 5.煮好的排骨
  • 6.加入适量老抽,再加入比老抽多一倍的生抽,适量的醋,腌十分钟。
  • 7.锅内放适量的油,不需要太多。放入排骨炸到排骨两面都干干的。
  • 8.锅内少许油,再放入腌排骨的酱油,酱油里加入少许水。入锅后加入白糖,大概一汤勺半的样子。在放入排骨翻炒,加入少许盐,提提味儿,加入芝麻,再加点儿醋,收汁起锅!
