2月3日,是日本一个特殊的节日,叫做节分。节分主要是指立春的前一天。在这一天中,有着吃惠方卷的习俗。

惠方卷:是一种卷有七福神酱菜的寿司,有把福气卷在寿司里面的意思,吃完之后,希望能健康顺利的过完这一年。吃也不是随随便便吃的哦,需要在节分的晚上,闭上眼睛一言不发,朝向惠方(吉利的方位),边想着愿望边咬着惠方卷就会有好运来,还有驱邪避灾和生意兴隆的寓意哦。

  • 大米300g
  • 寿司海苔1包
  • 干葫芦丝1撮
  • 蟹肉棒2个
  • 干香菇6朵
  • 昆布1块
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 黄瓜1根
  • 原味酱油50ml
  • 2勺
  • 5g
  • 米醋20ml
  • 味淋15ml

Steps to make 惠方卷

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.准备食材
  • 3.先煮米饭,大米加入水,放上泡好的昆布,开启煮饭模式
  • 4.煮饭的同时,准备好一会拌米饭用到的调味料,将寿司醋混合糖和盐搅拌至融化
  • 5.饭煮好后,将刚刚做好的寿司醋倒在饭勺上
  • 6.接着用饭勺切半拌匀,寿司米饭就做好了
  • 7.接着处理食材,将葫芦丝冲洗干净后,放入开水中煮十分钟取出
  • 8.将泡好的香菇的香菇水倒入干净的煮锅中,并将香菇、葫芦丝倒入,加入两大勺又伊鲜原味酱油煮20分钟
  • 9.打入三个鸡蛋,倒入一勺糖和一勺又伊鲜原味酱油,开始搅拌
  • 10.将平底锅抹油加热
  • 11.倒入刚刚打好的蛋液,做成鸡蛋卷,放凉后切条
  • 12.取出寿司帘,依次铺上寿司海苔、寿司饭
  • 13.然后依次铺上所有刚刚做好的馅料
  • 14.包裹卷紧
  • 15.当当当,惠方卷就做好啦!
