韩式酱花生

酱好的食材,色泽红亮,甜中带咸,酱香浓郁,鲜美诱人,放入保鲜盒中入冰箱冷藏,随吃随取,也可以当做小酒小菜非常不错。

  • 白糖100克
  • 韩国糖稀50克
  • 香油30毫升

Steps to make 韩式酱花生

  • 1.花生仁用清水浸泡1个小时。
  • 2.再放入锅中加水煮上30分钟。
  • 3.花生快熟时加入酱油。
  • 4.再加入白糖。
  • 5.加入韩国糖稀拌均匀。
  • 6.继续煮上15分钟后加入香油拌均匀。
  • 7.关火后冷凉装入保鲜盒入冰箱冷藏随吃随取。
