前段时间在市场看到有卖盆栽的紫苏,就买了一盆回来,既可观赏,又可食用,一举两得的事儿,多好。这不,在家养了段时间,长势挺好的,就想着能用到菜里就好。今天家里有黄瓜,就给煎了吃吧。

Steps to make 紫苏煎黄瓜

  • 1.原料洗净沥干水备用。
  • 2.黄瓜切片,红椒切丁,蒜切碎,紫苏切小(不切也好) 。
  • 3.热锅,加少许油,煎黄瓜。
  • 4.如果喜欢黄瓜脆点,就少煎会儿,我喜欢黄瓜软点,就煎久了点。
  • 5.准备调料,一小勺盐和生抽,少许蚝油放入碗中拌匀。(生抽不要加多,不然炒出的颜色不好看。)
  • 6.重新起锅,烧热放油,煸香蒜。
  • 7.倒入煎好的黄瓜,再放入红椒碎和紫苏叶。
  • 8.加入调料,略为翻炒均匀即可出锅。
