Steps to make 麻辣香锅

  • 1.准备各种自己喜欢吃的的蔬菜。
  • 2.准备调料。
  • 3.各种蔬菜切片或是小块。
  • 4.大下挑去虾线,开背。
  • 5.虾放入开水中焯一下变红捞出。
  • 6.放入油锅中两面煎到表皮酥脆。
  • 7.各种蔬水开焯水,水中加一匙盐,先下不易熟的,焯好后捞出控干。
  • 8.起锅烧油,加入葱姜蒜爆香,继续加入辣椒和花椒炒香味,最后加入一块火锅底料煸炒出红油以及麻辣香味。
  • 9.下入香肠和大虾煸炒,烹入适量料酒。
  • 10.再下入青菜煸炒。
  • 11.调味:加入精盐,鸡精,翻炒均匀,最后加入熟芝麻。
  • 12.成品图。
