Steps to make 玛格丽特小饼干

  • 1.鸡蛋煮熟凉后取出蛋黄
  • 2.蛋黄放在筛网上手指按压
  • 3.筛网下的蛋黄末
  • 4.黄油室温软化
  • 5.黄油加入1克盐和60克糖粉,打蛋器打到体积稍膨大,颜色稍浅,蓬松状即可
  • 6.加入蛋黄末,拌匀
  • 7.低筋面粉和玉米淀粉混合,筛入打发的黄油里
  • 8.用打蛋器拌匀
  • 9.用手揉成面团,保鲜膜包好,入冰箱冷藏一个小时左右。
  • 10.取出面团,一小块揉成圆球放在铺好油布的烤盘上,用大拇指按一下即可,依次做好所有的饼干坯子。
  • 11.烤箱175度预热5分钟,上下火170度,中上层,烤15-20分钟,边缘变黄即可。
  • 12.烤好的玛格丽特。
