麻辣干锅鱼头 (电饭锅版)
因为做之前把砂锅拿出来洗洗,太滑了没捏住盖子掉在地上摔裂了,就想到用电饭锅试试,没想到还真的做出来了,很香的啊!!

    Steps to make 麻辣干锅鱼头 (电饭锅版)

    • 1.切点姜蒜末(腌鱼用),姜蒜片(垫锅底用),葱丝,辣椒粉备用。
    • 2.鱼头买的时候让店家帮忙劈开,拿回家后洗净。加入料酒2勺,盐半勺,胡椒粉,姜蒜末,腌制15分钟左右。
    • 3.在鱼头腌制的时候不用管它,去把粉丝粉丝拿水泡会。
    • 4.洋葱切丝。(洋葱切对半之后放水里泡会,就不那么辣眼睛了)。
    • 5.锅里倒油稍多点,把腌制好的鱼沥干汁水后入锅炸。(新手怕粘住破皮的话,可在鱼头拍上层粉)。
    • 6.炸成金黄色即可出锅控油了。
    • 7.拿一只干净的碗加入2大勺料酒,半小勺醋,1勺酱油,半勺盐和白糖,辣椒粉,鸡精少许,调匀。
    • 8.在电饭锅内胆里加入半勺油润润锅后,把切好的姜蒜片放入。
    • 9.切好的洋葱丝也放入。
    • 10.再放上炸好的鱼头。
    • 11.把泡在水里的粉丝捞出沥干水后,盖在鱼头上,把调好的料汁淋在上面,盖上盖子,煮8分钟左右。(具体时间看童鞋们家的电饭锅的大小,功率而定)。
    • 12.等锅内有噼里啪啦的声音响起的时候,再煮1分钟左右就可以拔掉电源了,再把葱丝放进去,盖上盖子。然后再焖5分钟左右,即可乘出装盘了。
