港式甜品——芒果班戟
小小的嫩黄色的枕头里,是丰富雪白的奶油包裹着香甜的芒果,切下一块送入口中,鲜嫩的奶油和甜美的芒果充满口腔,香滑四溢,让人不禁全身都融入其中!这就是港式甜品中人气中的人气甜品——芒果班戟。最近芒果大量上市了,虽然我对芒果有些过敏,但是总经不起那诱惑啊!特地挑了个大芒果,自己在家也能做最完美的芒果班戟。

  • 低筋面粉90克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 黄油15克
  • 糖粉20克
  • 动物性淡奶油100ml

Steps to make 港式甜品——芒果班戟

  • 1.鸡蛋加入糖粉中搅打均匀
  • 2.倒入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉轻轻拌匀
  • 4.黄油融化成液态,加入面糊中搅拌均匀
  • 5.放那静置20分钟左右
  • 6.将静置后的材料过筛成细腻的面糊水
  • 7.平底锅小火加热,倒入一大勺面糊,转动锅子让面糊摊成圆饼状
  • 8.等表面凝结成半透明状
  • 9.做好的面皮放那晾晾冷却
  • 10.这时候将淡奶油倒入无油无水的盆里,加入细砂糖用打蛋器打发,提起打蛋器有小尖角
  • 11.芒果切出小长条粒
  • 12.冷却后的奶皮上加一勺打发好的奶油,放上芒果条
  • 13.再抹上一层奶油,然后对折两次包起来
  • 14.倒过来收口朝下
  • 15.吃的时候用小刀在中间轻轻切开呈现完美芒果班戟
