顽兔豆沙面包

Steps to make 顽兔豆沙面包

  • 1.除黄油以外的原料放一起,揉至表面光滑后加入黄油,揉至扩展阶段后放温暖处基础发酵。
  • 2.面团发至两倍大,基础发酵结束。
  • 3.将面团分割成6个45克和12个15克的面团,滚圆后松弛15分钟。
  • 4.将松弛的45克的面团擀成圆形。
  • 5.翻面后包入豆沙馅,收口朝下放入烤盘。
  • 6.4.取15克的面团擀成椭圆形后,翻面压薄下底边。
  • 7.由上而下卷起。
  • 8.将7搓成长条,对折后摆在有馅面团下做耳朵。
  • 9.将整形好的面团放温暖湿润处进行最后发酵,发酵结束后,表面刷蛋液。
  • 10.入预热180度的烤箱,中层15分钟。
  • 11.放凉后,用软化的巧克力画上各种表情即可。
