#第四届烘焙大赛暨是爱吃节#车轮泡芙
巴黎布雷斯特车轮泡芙是道源自法国的糕点,灵感来自巴黎-布雷斯特-巴黎自行车赛,糕点师为了纪念这一车赛,便制作了这款形状如同自行车轮胎一样的造型,因此得名为“车轮泡芙”。
其实想做这款“车轮泡芙”已经很久了,但据说制作泡芙有一定难度,所以一直没敢下手。今天忽然来了兴趣,便准备好食材,也做好了失败的心里准备,呵呵,不过最后竟然一次成功,真的好开森哟。

  • 无盐黄油45g
  • 鸡蛋液90g

  • 细砂糖18g
  • 100g
  • 杏仁片6g

  • 1.备好所需食材
  • 2.先将水(或牛奶)、盐、3g细砂糖、黄油煮开后关火
  • 3.倒入过筛的低筋粉
  • 4.用勺子搅拌均匀后再开小火继续搅拌
  • 5.直到锅底出现一层薄膜即可关火
  • 6.少量多次的加入鸡蛋液
  • 7.搅拌至面糊呈现倒三角形
  • 8.将面糊装入裱花袋中备用
  • 9.找一个大小合适的碗,碗口沾上面粉,扣在不粘烤盘上
  • 10.扣出一个圆形的痕迹
  • 11.先挤一圈
  • 12.再紧贴着圆圈的内侧挤一圈
  • 13.最后在两圈的中间挤一圈
  • 14.随意撒上杏仁片
  • 15.烤箱175度预热5分钟后,烤盘放置下层(大烤箱放中层),烤制30分钟即可
  • 16.淡奶油中放入15g白砂糖,打发起来
  • 17.装入裱花袋中
  • 18.草莓洗净去蒂,对半切开
  • 19.将烤好的泡芙放凉后横向切开,把打发的奶油挤在上面
  • 20.摆放好草莓
  • 21.最后盖上盖,撒点糖粉装饰就ok了!当然,如果还剩有面糊,可以继续烤第二个或第三个
