  • 1.洋葱切丁、猪肉剁碎,蒜头拍成蒜蓉,锅中加水煮开,放入西红柿约20秒后取出,煮的过程中要给西红柿翻个儿,使受热均匀。冷却后,撕掉外皮,再将西红柿切丁
  • 2.热锅倒入橄榄油,加入蒜蓉炒香,再加入洋葱丁翻炒
  • 3.加入番茄酱,再加入西红柿
  • 4.最后加入肉沫,炒熟备用
  • 5.热水锅中加入油跟盐,再加入意大利面煮10分钟左右
  • 6.捞出意大利面,倒上肉酱
  • 7.撒上适量黑胡椒粉或芝士碎即可
