糖水樱桃
现在正是樱桃大量上市的季节,樱桃果实红如玛瑙、色泽艳丽、晶莹美观,果肉多汁,味道甘甜鲜美,营养丰富。今天樱桃买的有点多吃不完,于是就做成了非常简单的糖水樱桃。

Steps to make 糖水樱桃

  • 1.主料樱桃500g清洗干净,白糖200g(我这糖罐子里面比较多哈,实际只用了大约200g)。
  • 2.将洗好的樱桃去掉樱桃把,取一根稍细的吸管,对准樱桃底部的正中央。
  • 3.微微用力将吸管捅过去,樱桃核就会被捅出去,而樱桃会比较完整。
  • 4.全部去掉樱桃核的樱桃。
  • 5.取煮锅加入水、白糖,大火加热后并不停搅拌,至白糖全部融化。
  • 6.这时加入樱桃煮2分钟左右。如果喜欢口感软烂一点的时间适当延长。
  • 7.将合适的玻璃瓶用开水烫过,晾干水分。
  • 8.将煮好的糖水樱桃趁热装入玻璃瓶内,盖盖后倒扣,形成真空放冰箱保存(我为了拍照就没有盖盖子了)。
