  • 1.干豆腐切粗条,五花肉切薄片 ,葱姜切片,白菜洗净切丝
  • 2.锅烧热入油烧热下入葱姜,花椒,五花肉小火慢慢煸出油微黄
  • 3.煸出的油控出去以免油腻
  • 4.添加白菜煸炒至软
  • 5.添入适量水烧开,加入鸡汤块
  • 6.加入干豆腐,生抽,耗油,胡椒粉,盐调味炖煮5-8分钟,汤汁浓稠关火即可
