  • 1.糯米粉、粘米粉、澄粉、糖和猪油全放盆中搅拌
  • 2.粉放水搅拌均匀然后蒸熟,蒸熟的粉搅拌光滑
  • 3.面团分成二份,其中一份放入可可粉揉匀
  • 4.二种面团分别分成四小团,可可面团包住白面团
  • 5.然后擀成长条由上往下卷,再一切二
  • 6.取一面团压扁放上冬瓜蓉收口搓圆
  • 7.放入月饼模中压一下脱模即可
