麻辣口水鸡
炎炎夏日来上一份爽口麻辣鲜香的口水鸡,岂不快哉!

  • 鸡腿两个
  • 黄瓜半个
  • 花生50克
  • 生抽三茶匙
  • 香醋一茶匙
  • 芝麻红油三茶匙
  • 花椒油一茶匙
  • 花椒10粒
  • 八角一个
  • 六片
  • 四根
  • 料酒三茶匙

Steps to make 麻辣口水鸡

  • 1.鸡腿洗净加入三茶匙料酒,少许盐,姜片,葱结,花椒十粒,八角一个
  • 2.加入没过鸡腿的水煮制
  • 3.大火烧开煮十分钟焖五分钟捞出
  • 4.煮好的鸡腿倒入冰水(凉开水或是饮用水里加入冰块)浸泡五分钟左右
  • 5.花生米下锅炒香捞出备用
  • 6.黄瓜半根切条铺在碗底备用
  • 7.鸡腿切块铺在黄瓜上备用
  • 8.准备一个小碗加入三茶匙生抽,三茶匙芝麻红油,蒜末,一茶匙花椒油,一茶匙香醋调匀备用
  • 9.撒上花生米浇上调好的调味料静置五分钟即可食用
  • 10.撒上葱花即可
  • 11.成品
