酱香猪蹄沾酱吃-------味道就是不一样-------客家菜
食材:
猪蹄1个去毛,酱香辣椒油,
调料:
酱香包1包,八角,桂皮,盐,白醋,糖,姜片。
方法:
1、猪蹄去毛冼净切成段,再切成两半。
2、取锅加入清水,放进所需要的调料,
3、再把处理好的猪蹄放进去,
4、盖锅盖炖煮1小时,中途翻动,
炖煮好的猪蹄不要急于开盖,让其自然冷却。
5、待冷却了盛出切块装碗中,
5、配上酱香辣椒油沾着吃,妙极了!酱香味浓,好味道。
