芝士海苔玉子烧
加了芝士的玉子烧,口感方面就是不一样。不仅在吃的时候会有拉丝的状态,而且还会有淡淡的奶香,融合着海苔的海香气息,哈哈~棒!

  • 海苔2张
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 芝士片1片
  • 黑芝麻3g
  • 料酒2ml
  • 清水5ml
  • 食盐2g
  • 番茄酱3g
  • 黑胡椒2g
  • 沙拉汁2g
  • 玉米油3ml

Steps to make 芝士海苔玉子烧

  • 1.鸡蛋打入碗中,加入少许料酒、食盐、清水、黑芝麻和黑胡椒。
  • 2. 打散。
  • 3. 热锅,倒入玉米油。
  • 4.摊入一勺鸡蛋液。
  • 5.快凝固时放入一片海苔。
  • 6.慢慢的卷起。
  • 7.继续摊入一勺蛋液。
  • 8.放入海苔,放入芝士片。
  • 9.慢慢卷起来后,摊入最后的蛋液。
  • 10.放入海苔,最后卷好,全程小火定型上色。
  • 11.做好的玉子烧取出,切块儿。
  • 12.浇点儿番茄酱和沙拉汁。
  • 13.再来一点儿黑胡椒。
  • 14.哈哈~
