Steps to make 毛豆茭白炒肉丁

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.肉丁中加入适量的盐、料酒、生抽和淀粉,拌均匀腌制一下;
  • 3.烧锅开水, 放入适量的盐和几滴油, 将毛豆丁放入里面焯煮;
  • 4.再加入茭白丁放入里面焯煮熟后捞出;
  • 5.热锅凉油, 放入腌制好的肉丁进去翻炒;
  • 6.肉丁变色后加入胡萝卜丁进去翻炒;
  • 7.微微出红油后加入焯好的毛豆丁和茭白丁继续翻炒;
  • 8.最后加入盐调味翻炒均匀即可盛入盘中。
  • 9.端上桌了。
