咖喱焖饭

Steps to make 咖喱焖饭

  • 1.锅里放一勺油(没有小瓶菜油,就用香油代替),鸡蛋加盐调匀后倒入,熟了再盛出来
  • 2.锅里放两勺香油(防粘),然后放米
  • 3.把土豆切丁后跟什锦蔬菜豆洗净放一起,然后放在米上,盖上盖子焖饭
  • 4.把咖喱粉用热水融化,倒入米饭中搅拌均匀,继续焖饭
  • 5.米饭熟的差不多了,翻动一下,加入炒好的鸡蛋,搅拌均匀,顺便试一下味道,淡了的话加盐
  • 6.饭熟后,洒上小葱末,盖上盖子稍微焖一会就可以吃了
