Steps to make 芹菜鱼肉丸

  • 1.原料:龙利鱼切块,芹菜洗净切块。
  • 2.准备绞肉机或者料理机,将鱼肉和芹菜放入杯子里。
  • 3.加入盐。
  • 4.加入小黄姜。
  • 5.加入胡椒粉和清水。
  • 6.搅打成泥,鱼肉泥已经有了粘性。
  • 7.锅中加入清水,小火慢煮,用勺子舀一勺鱼肉泥放入锅中,勺子蘸一下水,再接着舀鱼泥,这样每次鱼泥就不会粘在勺子上了。一直小火,将鱼丸养熟即可出锅。
  • 8.Q弹的鱼丸,鲜美的味道,炒、炖、涮都可以。
