鲜香味美-------【芫荽鲜肉馄饨】
以前还不知道芫荽可以做馅吃,一次在哈尔滨饺子馆吃过一次饺子,那味道说不上来的鲜美,那以后我就经常买些芫荽和猪肉包饺子和馄饨,这次本打算包饺子的,我家那两位要求包馄饨吃,说比饺子好吃。那好吧!馄饨比饺子好包,你们乐意就行,馄饨来喽!请朋友们吃馄饨哈,一人一大碗,不够再来盛!

Steps to make 鲜香味美-------【芫荽鲜肉馄饨】

  • 1.准备好原料;
  • 2.芫荽摘洗干净,去掉根部切碎,肉馅放入大碗中,放入芫荽末;
  • 3.放入姜末;
  • 4.放入鲜酱油,蚝油,胡椒粉,盐,调味汁,玉米油,香油;
  • 5.分次少量的加入清水,搅拌至肉馅上劲
  • 6.取一馄饨皮放入适量肉馅;
  • 7.边缘抹上清水,两角对折捏紧;
  • 8.(看图)两个直角往中间聚拢;
  • 9.期中一个角上抹少许水,两角在捏在一起,馄饨就包好了;
  • 10.包完所有馄饨;
  • 11.碗中放入紫菜,盐,胡椒粉,香醋,香油,芫荽末,香葱碎;
  • 12.锅中水烧开,放入两支清鸡高汤,搅匀后再次煮开,盛一些放入碗中烫一下底料;
  • 13.锅中下入馄饨,煮熟;
  • 14.盛入碗中,搅匀后即可享用了!
