板栗烧猪蹄

Steps to make 板栗烧猪蹄

  • 1.猪蹄剁成小块,生板栗剥皮洗净(剁猪蹄时自己真是女汉子,嘿嘿~~)
  • 2.锅内放入凉水,加入姜片、葱段,水开后加入猪蹄、少量料酒,焯水4-5分钟~
  • 3.焯过水的猪蹄放入高压锅,并加入大料、肉桂、葱段、姜片、少量生抽,上气后煮10分钟
  • 4.高压锅内的猪蹄及汤水一起放入铁锅炖,加入葱段、冰糖、老抽,大火烧开后转小火,砂锅就更好啦~
  • 5.10分钟后加入板栗,继续小火慢炖30分钟,这个过程需要盖上锅盖~
  • 6.最后打开锅盖收汁、装盘~
