日式豆腐海带味增汤
味增是日本的一种调味品,类似于我们的黄豆酱,我在网上买了一袋进口的日本白味增,口感较淡,可以直接用来做出,做汤底。

Steps to make 日式豆腐海带味增汤

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.锅中放适量的水,凉水的时候放入豆腐;
  • 3.再放入海带;
  • 4.煮开后放入白味增;
  • 5.用勺子轻轻搅拌至白味增全部融化在汤里,小火煮15分钟,尝一下口味,可再放一点味增,或者直接放少许的盐调味,根据个人口味定。
