冰糖湘莲,是湘菜中有名的甜菜,莲子白嫩粉糯,汤汁粘稠浓郁,果脯颜色缤纷,冰镇后,吃一口,真是舒服极了。这个夏天不想吃饭的,也会毫不犹豫的吃两碗。

    • 1.原料图如上所示。
    • 2.莲子泡一夜。这个天气要放冰箱。不然有味道了。
    • 3.上锅蒸一个半小时,我在电饭锅里蒸的,煮的话容易烂。可以用压力锅。
    • 4.水果红枣切丁。
    • 5.蒸好的莲子放在碗里。
    • 6.莲子和水果红枣丁混合好。
    • 7.锅里放水,熬化冰糖,多一点冰糖,理论上要一比零点六,但是根据自己喜好吧。
    • 8.冰糖熬化以后,再熬一会,到汤汁浓郁,提起来感觉黏的。
    • 9.就冲进准备好的莲子中。
