奶香苏打饼干
这个奶香饼干s首先用到了芝士中的黄油,奶香味更足,用的糖虽然非常的少,但是糖的作用是给酵母提供营养,帮助酵母发酵的,所以虽然少但是也蛮重要的。今天做的是苏打饼干,是经过发酵的饼干,利用消化,适合老年人吃。我做这个也是为了给我婆婆吃,婆婆每天两餐之间都要加餐,人老了胃又不好,加餐也是得慎重的选择。这个苏打饼干,用了牛奶来和面,还加了黄油和奶粉,奶香味很足,苏打饼干是发酵饼干,比较养胃,适合老人吃,加餐时来两片再配一点酸奶就可以了。

Steps to make 奶香苏打饼干

  • 1.牛奶煮开离火,加入黄油让黄油融化
  • 2.加糖和盐搅拌均匀
  • 3.待奶液晾凉后加入面粉、奶粉和酵母粉,
  • 4.搅拌成面团饧15分钟。
  • 5.把面团揉光滑后擀成约2毫米厚的片
  • 6.打孔,
  • 7.然后用模具切出饼干形状
  • 8.放入烤盘中。
  • 9.烤箱上下火160度预热5分钟,放下面第二层烤10分钟即可,这个饼干上色很快,不用放的离上火太近。
  • 10.烤好的饼干
  • 11.也可以切成长方形的。我这个量刚好烤了2盘。
